Is my data secure and where is it stored?

How can I move my data from another provider (e.g. Wellness Living) to Welloca?
Yes! You can either run an export from your existing provider then import manually (also known as a .csv import), or you can use one of our pre-made import tools. We also offer a personal migration service where our team will do all the work for you. Just reach out after you've signed up!
What security systems do you have in place?
More than you can shake a stick at. One of our co-founders previously worked in the cyber security industry and brings a wealth of experience to securing your data. Check out our security page for more details.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
Select the 'cancel subscription' button in your Welloca account then we'll give you a grace period to off-board your data. Once you confirm you've got everything backed up, we'll proceed with a secure deletion of everything you've entered into Welloca. It can take up-to 4 weeks for data held in backups to also be removed as we run various data integrity strategies just in case the world ends.
